I’m Dan Cashman.
I built this from the inside out.

I didn’t set out to create a course. I set out to not die early.

I found out I had atrial fibrillation when I failed a life insurance exam. My cardiac calcium score was 249 β€” heading toward serious cardiovascular risk. My triglycerides were 240. My HDL was 32. I weighed 265 pounds. I had Transverse Myelitis. I was, by any clinical measure, on the slide.

What followed wasn’t a dramatic overnight change. It was almost 20 years of tracked data, deliberate choices, and the slow realization that health was only one leg of the stool.

My calcium score went to 355 β€” and then back down to 321. Documented reversal. Triglycerides from 240 to 66. HDL from 32 to 73. Weight from 265 to 206. hsCRP from 3.18 to 0.3. I have the labs to prove every number.

But here’s what the labs don’t show: the years I improved my health in isolation while the money stayed a ceiling and the presence stayed shallow. One leg of the stool doesn’t hold anything up.

A year ago, my wife and I sold our house in Minnesota and moved to Prescott, Arizona. We didn’t leave because something was wrong there. We left because something needed to get right in us β€” and we’d been waiting long enough to find out what that looked like. Prescott is where we found out.
